So far, the European Court of Human Rights has not shown great willingness to state that the European Convention on Human Rights grants same-sex couples the right to legal and social recognition through registered partnership or marriage. What does your organisation believe to be the next steps for ILGA-Europe towards achieving this? (Check all that apply):

Supporting current cases on the recognition of same-sex marriage in front of the European Court of Human Rights

Supporting legal progress on individual national levels towards a European consensus on the issue

Strategic litigation that advances the rights of all couples whether married or otherwise.
