9.1. How did the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights impact LGBT families’ rights in your country?

9.2. So far, the European Court of Human Rights has not shown great willingness to state that the European Convention on Human Rights grants same-sex couples the right to legal and social recognition through registered partnership or marriage. What does your organisation believe to be the next steps for ILGA-Europe towards achieving this? (Check all that apply):
Supporting current cases on the recognition of same-sex marriage in front of the European Court of Human Rights
Supporting legal progress on individual national levels towards a European consensus on the issue
Strategic litigation that advances the rights of all couples whether married or otherwise.
Work, in partnership with other international human rights organisations, to raise awareness at the European level
Organising information seminars for member organisations on strategic litigation and lobbying strategies on LGBT families’ issues
